Emily has over 5 years of experience in project management, operations and process improvement roles across public and private sector organisations. Emily has worked both in the United Kingdom and Australia on projects involving system integration, process transformation and most recently leading a business transformation project in the water utility industry.

Emily’s efforts have improved the visibility of business performance and resulted in sustainable transformation and financial performance uplift. The successful delivery in challenging environments demonstrates efficacy of her approach.

 

Clients and Projects

Following are examples of recent projects:

 

  • Busselton Water, WA – Emily led a successful business transformation project with over 50 employees, process-mapping workflows and developing recommendations to improve efficiency. She designed and implemented two portals, automating the process and reducing rework. Emily also drove the implementation of a Business Operating Management System, boosting productivity by and reducing processing time. Following her presentation to the CEO and Board, she was asked to lead two additional projects due to the positive results.
  • Zinfra NSA – Led the sustainability piece of an end-to-end transformation program engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the artefacts, process documentation and training modules are accurate and have business ownership.
  • Environmental Services, Serco – Project managed the roll out of a Target Operating Model across a business of 3000 employees. Focused on continuous improvement and process optimisation, particularly at a supervisor level, which led to a dramatic reduction in labour and overtime expenditure.
  • Covid Testing Contract, Serco – Spearheaded the digital transformation of incident management, asset management and management information reporting onto the Service Now platform. Lead a process optimisation programme in line with automating internal processes.
